PROFILE

Ryan is a dedicated neurological physiotherapist with a growing specialist interest in neurological rehabilitation and a strong passion for supporting individuals through meaningful recovery. Over the past two years, he has developed a broad clinical foundation through experience across musculoskeletal outpatients, trauma and orthopaedics, frailty services, and stroke rehabilitation. While each area has contributed to his adaptable and well-rounded practice, it was his experience within inpatient stroke rehabilitation that truly ignited his passion for neurorehabilitation.

Ryan has a particular interest in analysing movement patterns in neurological conditions and facilitating more efficient, functional movement. He is especially motivated by the transformative outcomes that neurological rehabilitation can achieve, particularly within stroke recovery, where patients can regain confidence, independence, and quality of life. He is drawn to the complexity of neurological presentations and values the highly individualised, problem-solving approach that this area of physiotherapy demands.

A key strength Ryan brings to his practice is his ability to absorb information quickly and translate learning into meaningful clinical application.
