Being an experienced and qualified spasticity assessor and injector, Iain provides the IAB patients and team with ongoing support from this perspective.

He is dedicated to fostering a culture where both patients and practitioners feel supported, motivated, and empowered. Through this ethos, he drives a consistently positive, high-performing rehabilitation environment.
Cameron Reaper
Senior Neurological Physiotherapist
Cameron is a Senior Neurological Physiotherapist who specialises in advanced gait re-education and strength and conditioning for individuals with neurological impairments. With a strong focus on restoring efficient movement patterns, they combine expert clinical reasoning with high-level, gym-based rehabilitation to target weakness, improve control, and optimise functional performance in affected limbs. Their approach goes beyond traditional therapy, integrating task-specific training and progressive loading strategies to drive meaningful change. This has resulted in consistently outstanding outcomes, with patients achieving significant improvements in walking, strength, confidence, and overall independence.

Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist
Nicole is a Specialist Neurological Physiotherapist with over 13 years of NHS experience, including extensive expertise in stroke and neurological rehabilitation. Nicole combines her work at IAB Neuro Rehab with being the Team Lead of an expert stroke and neurological rehabilitation unit where she delivers advanced clinical care and supports the development of other clinicians.
Her approach is highly personalised and based on detailed movement analysis, using specialist techniques to promote recovery, independence, and meaningful functional outcomes. Nicole works closely with individuals and their families to create tailored rehabilitation programmes that reflect personal goals and support long-term success.
Tia Challis
Senior Neurological Occupational Therapist
An experienced Senior Neurological Occupational Therapist specialising in neurological rehabilitation and functional recovery. Expert in delivering detailed, hands-on assessments to identify physical and cognitive barriers to independence.
Skilled in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation, supporting individuals with difficulties in memory, attention, and executive function following neurological conditions. Therapy is focused on restoring independence through Personal Activities of Daily Living (PADLs) and meaningful, real-world tasks.
Strong emphasis is placed on family education and support, ensuring carers are confident and involved throughout the rehabilitation process.
A highly effective communicator, they work collaboratively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalised, goal-oriented care that maximises safety, function, and independence.
Ryan Power
Neurological Physiotherapist
Ryan is a passionate neurological physiotherapist with experience across stroke rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, trauma and orthopaedics, and frailty services. He has a particular interest in stroke recovery, movement analysis, and supporting individuals to regain function and independence. Ryan is known for his patient-centred approach, strong clinical reasoning, and commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes. As a developing clinician, he is highly motivated, eager to learn, and fully embodies the compassionate and collaborative ethos of IAB Neuro Rehab.
He has a natural ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and works closely with patients to understand what is most important to them. Ryan is especially valued for his enthusiasm, professionalism, and ability to absorb new knowledge quickly. He is committed to continual professional development and is developing particular experience in areas such as spasticity management and multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation. His positive attitude and dedication make him an integral and highly valued member of the team.
